Returns & Exchanges

At Chirp™, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
